Single-family prices since Covid started are up significantly in these counties: Essex, 21.1%; Middlesex, 15.5%; Norfolk, 17.9%; Suffolk, 14%; Worcester, 19.7% and Rockingham County, 19.6%. July sales of single-family homes in the Leading Edge service area increased +2.5% year-over-year. Inventory decreased -38.3%. The number of days on market over the last 12 months decreased -27% while median sale prices remain up +11.5% at $725,000.
